Baku MJ, формальная реакция может и есть (надо просмотреть новости), но могу точно сказать одно: этот вопрос полностью зависит от планов по отношению к Ирану. Если США сочтут это выгодным, то будет всем апдейтам апдейт, а если нет, то это вопрос останется очередной козырной картой на будущее.

学校や公式の場で自国言語使用禁止政策など、アゼルバイジャン人の民族意識を消滅させることを目標とするあらゆる差別は今も尚つづき、つい最近イランの国営新聞の一つに登載されたアゼルバイジャン人をゴキブリに例えるという目に余る侮辱的な内容の風刺画は長年に続いて来た様々な差別と弾圧の故にたまって来た怒りに火をつけたものであります。
大規模にわたるデモがイラン領アゼルバイジャンの首都であるタブリズ、更にザンジャン、ウルミア、アルダビル、マラガなどの都市で行われ、イラン国の首都であるテヘランにまで及んだ。デモを解散させる際にイラン政府の側は至るところで催涙ガスを用い、デモの勢いが激しいところでは実弾を用いた銃撃に出ました。
手に入る情報だけでもイラン軍との衝突でデモ参加者の何十人か殺され、デモ参加者とその家族メンバの逮捕が今も続いており、何百人も逮捕後現在行方不明である。
残念なことにこの一連の出来事に関して外国の報道局による情報が極少ないために皆様が自国の放送局を通じて、アゼルバイジャン人によるイランでの差別との闘いについて伝えるように呼びかけております。

Massive Proteste im Iran nach anti-aserbaidschanischer Karrikatur

Im Iran eskaliert gegenwärtig ein Streit um eine Zeitungskarrikatur. Dieses mal ist es die aserbaidschanische Minderheit, die massiv gegen eine Zeichnung protestiert, die sie in extrem abfälliger Weise darstellt. Auch Tote soll es bereits gegeben haben. Der Hintergrund der Affäre ist unklar.
So veröffentlichte die staatliche Zeitung "Iran" eine Karrikatur, die einen persisch sprechenden Jungen und eine aserbaidschanisch sprechende Kakerlake zeigte. Der redaktionelle Zusammenhang ist unbekannt, jedoch sieht es nicht so aus, als ob hier lediglich ein schlechter Scherz gemacht, oder der Inhalt durch den begleitenden Taxt kontakariert wurde.
In den westlichen Provinzen des Landes - nördlich der Grenze als Süd-Aserbaidschan bezeichnet - kochen nunmehr die Gefühle hoch. Im regionalen Verwaltungszentrum Urmi wurden Bankfillialen mit Steinen beworfen und eine Behörde angezündet. Die Märkte sollen geschlossen sein. Die aserbadschanische Zeitung "Azadliq" veröffentlichte ein Foto, das eine endlos wirkende Demonstration zeigt. Zudem kursiert im Internet die Behauptung, iranische Paramilitärs hätten 15 Azeris getötet - dies konnte bislang jedoch weder bestätigt, noch dementiert werden.
Was der Sinn der Karikatur war und wer für die Veröffentlichung verantwortlich ist, läßt sich gegenwärtig nicht sagen. Nach Angaben des Obersten Staatsanwalts des Iran, Said Mortasawi, seien der Chefredakteur und der Zeichner festgenommen worden. In einigen Berichten hie es sogar, daß Ball habe sein Erscheinen eingestellt. Allerdings ist die Pressezensur im Land zu strikt, um anzunehmen, daß es sich um eine alleinige Entscheidung des Redakteurs handelte, in dem keine weitere Stelle involiert ist.
Die Auseinandersetzungen paßen auf jeden Fall jenen gut, die Unruhe im Land auslösen und, mehr oder weniger offen, auf einen Aufstand gegen die Führung in Teheran hoffen. Das wäre bei den Minderheiten, die Zusammengenommen rund 50 Prozent der iranischen Bevölkerung ausmachen, wohl eher möglich, als unter den Persern. So ist auch der Gegensatz zu den Kurden und Aserbaidschanern, die beide, mit sowjetischer Hilfe, nach dem Zweiten Weltkrig Loslösungsbetstrebungen verfolgten, traditionell groß. Mit 25 Prozent stellen die Azeris zudem einen beachtlichen Anteil an der Gesamtbevölkerung - wobei ihre Zahl, wie auch die gewählte Bezeichnung je nach politischer Ausrichtung der Angaben schwankt.
Auffallend ist dabei die massive Zurückhaltung der Regierung in Baku in der Angelegenheit. Allerdings dürfte man dort wissen, daß ein offener Schlagabtausch mit dem Iran den eigenen Interessen gegenwärtig kaum nützen könnte. Zumal Präsident Iham Aliyew gerade erst mit einem Empfang in Washington aufgewertet wurde und sein Land, das über wichtige Erdölvorkommen verfügt und im vergangenen Jahr ein Wirtschaftswachstum von 47 Prozent vermeldete, im Karabach-Streit mit Armenien seit kurzem auf die offene Unterstützung der USA rechnen kann. Für Baku ein Schritt von hoher Bedeutung, hatte doch Washington bislang die Republik Bergkarabach zwar nicht formal anerkennt, sie jedoch finanziell stabilisiert.

İran’da Azerilerin, bir gazetede yayımlanan karikatüre tepki göstermek için Negede kentinde düzenlediği protesto gösterilerinde 4 kişi öldü.

TAHRAN - İSNA ajansının haberine göre, Batı Azerbaycan eyaleti güvenlik güçleri komutanı Hasan Kerami, “Negede’deki olaylarda 4 kişi öldü, 43 kişi yaralandı” dedi.
Bu kişilerin ne zaman ve ne şekilde öldüğüne dair bilgi vermeyen Kerami, Negede’deki gösterilerde 20, Urumiye’deki gösterilerde de 15 kişinin gözaltına alındığını, bölgede durumun şu anda sakin olduğunu belirtti.
İmtiyaz sahipliğini ülkenin resmi haber ajansı İRNA’nın yürüttüğü İran Gazetesi’nin gençlik ekinde yayımlanan bir karikatür, ülkedeki Azerilerin sert tepkisine yol açmıştı.
Doğu ve Batı Azerbaycan eyaletlerinde çeşitli protesto gösterileridüzenlenmiş, Azerilerin yaşadığı en büyük kent olan Tebriz’deki gösterilerde yaralananlar olmuştu.
Gazete, tepkiler üzerine Azerilerden özür dilemiş, karikatüristi de işten çıkardığını duyurmuştu.
Protestoların devam etmesi üzerine gazetenin yayını durdurulmuş, karikatürist ve genel yayın yönetmeni de tutuklanarak, Evin hapishanesine konulmuştu.

Je voudrais exprimer ma surprise et préoccupation pour le fait que les récentes actions de protestation des Azéris éthniques en Iran passent presque inaperçu dans les médias de masse occidentaux. Les Azéris constituent le deuxième grand groupe éthnique du pays et vivent principalement dans le nord-ouest de l'Iran, dans la région connue comme l'Azerbaïdjan iranien (ou l'Azerbaïdjan du Sud). Pendant longtemps, ils se sont heurtés à la discrimination totale et aux répressions souvent violentes par les gouvernements iraniens qui essaient de détruire leur identité culturelle et éthnique. Un journal officiel iranien "Iran" a récemment publié les caricatures insultant et humiliant pour les Azéris, en les comparant explicitement aux cafards et discutant des façons de les éliminer. C'est devenu la goutte qui fait déborder le vase dans la discrimination constante des Azéris. Une série de démonstrations massives a été faite dans les plus grandes villes de l'Azerbaïdjan iranien: Tabriz, Zandjan, Oroumiÿeh, Ardabil, Maragha etc., aussi bien qu'à Téhéran. Selon les nouvelles, plus de 20 Azéris ont été tués par la police dans les affrontements et beaucoup de manifestants ont été arrêtés.
Malheureusement, l'information sur ces événements dans les médias de masse occidentaux est très pauvre. Je vous demande de faire tout ce qui est en votre pouvoir pour informer le monde sur ces événements et sur la lutte des Azéris iraniens contre le régime pour préserver leur identité dans un climat de discrimination.

Rights group calls for release of two journalists held in Iran

London, May 27 – The international press freedoms organisation Reporters Without Borders demanded on Saturday the “immediate release” of two Iranian Azeri journalists who were detained by authorities following mass anti-government demonstrations earlier this week by ethnic Azeris in north-west Iran.
Amin Movahedi was detained on Friday in the city of Meshkinshar and Orouj Amiri was arrested on Thursday in the nearby city of Marand, the group said in a statement.
“Absolutely no charges have been brought against Movahedi and Amiri and the authorities have not said where they are being held”, it said. “These journalists are being subjected to illegal harassment simply for working independently”.
The statement said that Movahedi was arrested by gunmen in civilian dress as he was leaving his home in Meshkinshar, Ardebil province, adding that he had previously been detained by Iran’s Ministry of Intelligence and Security for three days in December.
Amiri, who writes for several local papers, was arrested as his home in Marand, East Azerbaijan province, by plain-clothes police who hit him when he asked to see their warrant, the group said. “They searched his home and took personal documents, CDs, and the hard disk of his computer. His wife was forcibly led away for protesting against his arrest”.
At least nine people have been killed by government forces since Monday when a wave of anti-government protests began in dozens of towns and cities in the north-west of the country against the publication of an insulting cartoon in the official daily Iran.
On Monday, at least 100,000 Azeris rallied in the city of Tabriz. Subsequently, thousands have taken part in often violent demonstrations in the towns of Orumieh, Zanjan, Marand, and Ardebil.
Ethnic Azeris make up approximately 25 percent of Iran’s population.

Orumieh, Iran, May 26 – At least six anti-government protestors were killed by security forces during clashes late Thursday in the north-western town of Naqadeh, according to dissidents.
The incident occurred as more than 1,000 Iranian Azeris took part in a rally outside the governor’s office.
Angry protestors torched both the governor’s office and the local office of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance.
In the course of clashes between protestors and security forces, at least six people were killed and dozens injured.
The deaths brought to at least nine the number of protestors killed by government forces since Monday when a wave of anti-government protests began in dozens of towns and cities in north-west Iran against the publication of an insulting cartoon in the official daily Iran.
On Monday, at least 100,000 Azeris rallied in the city of Tabriz. Subsequently, thousands have taken part in often violent demonstrations in the towns of Orumieh, Zanjan, Marand, and Ardebil.

Orumieh, Iran, May 25 – Anti-government protests and clashes erupted in dozens of towns and cities in north-west Iran on Thursday following a 100,000-strong rally in the city of Tabriz by enraged Azeris on Monday against the publication of an insulting cartoon in an official daily, eye-witnesses reported.
In the town of Marand, thousands took part in a violent demonstration chanting anti-government slogans, a dissident who requested anonymity told Iran Focus by telephone.
In nearby Orumieh, government forces opened fire on a rally by several thousand protesters near the local headquarters of the state broadcasting company on Wednesday, killing at least people, witnesses reported. Previously, the offices of the daily Iran, which published the cartoon, were set on fire in the city.
Protests also flared on Thursday in the cities of Zanjan and Ardebil which had been the scenes of mass rallies since Monday.
During Monday’s demonstration in Tabriz, angry Azeris poured in the streets, attacking state-owned buildings and banks. Police used teargas to disperse the protesters.
Dozens of state-buildings were also set on fire in several other towns.
Ethnic Azeris make up approximately 25 percent of Iran’s population.

Tehran, Iran, May 23 – Tens of thousands of Iranian Azeris demonstrated on Monday in the north-western city of Tabriz against the publishing of an insulting cartoon in the official state daily Iran.
Angry Azeris poured in the streets of Tabriz, attacking state-owned buildings and banks. In the nearby city of Orumieh furious people set the daily’s office on fire.
Police used teargas to disperse the protesters.
Following the violent demonstrations, the press supervisory board issued a ban on the daily and its editor and the cartoonist were summoned to court.
