Dubai Media City (DMC) was built by the Dubai government to establish UAE’s media foothold. • Small Executive offices: these are available within the business center starting from AED 72,000 (max of 3 visas) and upto AED 188,000 (7 visas)

DUBAI KNOWLEDGE VILLAGE (DKV)

Зачем писать заявление на имя банка. Лучше сразу подать в суд, ещё и компенсацию можно указать, что потеряли из за того что вовремя не выдали. Суд автоматом с их счетов снимет деньги и Вам отдаст, как только деньги на счету появятся у банка. Суд же сам и отправит письмо банку, что ему пришла повестка в суд, адвокат банка придёт на заседания суда.

Это быстрее чем пытаться договориться с банком на прямую.

 

 

Если сразу обратиться в суд, то иск вам просто вернут.

Скорее всего не будет достаточно. Конечно если не считать тот факт что они рассмотрят и ответят на ваше заявление. В данном случае и суд не понадобится.

Однако, лучше сделать как я предложил и тогда у вас будет 3 возможных варианта:

1) они вам ответят положительно, т.е. скажут придти в банк, вернут деньги и попросят написать заявления о том что вас вопрос был решен;

2) ответят шаблонным письмом и не решат ваш вопрос; или

3) просто не ответят.

В случаях 2 и 3 вы идете в суд, только при 2 варианте вы заявляете что они не ответили на ваш вопрос так как вы хотели, в 3 случае говорите что вообще не ответили.

Месяц это как у нас говорят aglabatan muddet, если уже так долго не отвечают то можно в суд.

Обращаться надо будет в Наримановский суд, так как банк зарегистрирован в Наримановском районе.

Сначала лучше написать письмо в банк, с копией в Maliyee Bazarlari Nezaret Palatasi. Обязательно письмо с уведомлением, чтобы у вас на руках была квитанция о том что вы отправили банку претензия о возврате.

В данном случае думаю зашевелятся.

Если не будет ответа через месяц, тогда в суд с иском, и обязательно приложить копию письма и квитанцию о том что письмо вы им отправили. Иначе суде может не принять иск к рассмотрению.

Пошлина в суд будет зависеть от размера вашего депозита (суммы иска).

Card to card не получается

ОАЭ является одним из наиболее привлекательных мест для открытия и ведения бизнеса. Для ведения бизнеса в ОАЭ необходимо открытие компании и это возможно в одной из трех форм:

• Открытие компании так сказать в самой стране (onshore)
• Открытие в свободной экономической зоне
• Открытие в оффшоре

Открытие резидентской компании является самым невыгодным, так как в данном случае доля иностранного инвестора составляет максимум 49%, а 51% должен принадлежать гражданину ОАЭ. На практике данный гражданин, или как там их называют “локалы” просто получает определенную свою долю от прибыли и как правило не влияет на ведение бизнеса.

В связи с этим наиболее благоприятным и выгодным решением является открытие бизнеса в одной из свободных экономических зонах, которых в ОАЭ насчитывается более 45, и достаточно много специализированных зон, о которых я буду говорить в своих дальнейших постах.

В случае если кто-то будет заинтересован в создании бизнеса в ОАЭ обращайтесь. Сам некоторое время работал в Дубае, в связи с чем имеются контакты фирмы оказывающие поддержку в создании компаний в ОАЭ.

Для себя я решил что пока полностью не разберусь как работает криптовалюта рисковать большими суммами не буду.

Но упускать возможность тоже не собираюсь, поэтому решил подойти к этому дело как к лотерее и просто каждый месяц приобретать не небольшую сумму разные криптовалюты, как проверенные (в данном случае лишь 0.00001 часть) так и различного рода новые валюты в надежде что какая-то из них вдруг станет очередным Биткоином.

Недавно приобрел одну из новых криптовалют MenaPay. Эта валюта меня привлекла тем что их центр базируется в Дубае, основные лица там Турки, и тем что она направлена на Ближний Восток и Северную Африку, отсюда и название MENA (Middle East and North Africa), охватывает Турцию и в будущем возможно и Азербайджан, и на данный момент стоит всего лишь несколько центов.

Такой вопрос. Есть ли простая в использовании платформа/кошелек чтобы там можно было купить любую доступную криптовалюту? Ну так чтобы все валюты были в одном кошелке и была видна общая сумма всех монет.

Желательно чтобы была возможность приобрести с помощью банковской карты.
