Job Description:

• Responsible for Civil and Structural engineering and design activities on projects including review of contractor prepared drawings and documentation.
• Provide technical assistance and support the detailed design phase as well as the field construction activities of the Polymer plants.
• Report to Project Engineering Manager.
• Perform engineering and design activities as well as review of contractor prepared drawings and calculations in reinforced concrete and structural steelwork
• Prepare and review/comment contractor prepared piling layouts, overall and unit site plans, grading and paving plans, building and equipment foundation plans
• Prepare and check contractor prepared civil and structural material take-offs
• Establish and maintain good working relations with engineering consultants, specialists, vendors and construction contractors for co-ordination, classification and guidance regarding CSA engineering and design as well as construction activities
• Monitor the construction and installation of related civil / structural activities encompassing construction site prep work, piling activities, form work, reinforced bar installation, concrete mix design and placement as well as structural steel and platforms erection 
• Attend engineering and construction related review meetings (model reviews, inspection meetings, HAZOP/HAZID, constructability reviews, etc.)
• Perform squad check of vendor equipment drawings, and other discipline prepared drawings
• Perform other related duties as requested by the company management

 Requirements:

• Engineering Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in civil and structural engineering preferably both in owner and contractor organizations in Oil & Gas or Chemical industry
• Proven track record in writing project Civil/Structural scope of work and other similar documents 
• Good working knowledge of all applicable civil and structural codes and standards, particularly Azeri national ones
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams, including flow charts, cause/effect diagrams, P&IDs, etc
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with all engineering disciplines in project environment
• Willingness and ability to travel overseas including short to medium-term assignments
• Keen to learn and be part of the team

• Identify education/training needs of the sales team, choice of appropriate tools and techniques for skills development;

Job Description: 

• Advise the Site Manager of any HSE concerns and non–conformance with procedures, plans, etc.;
• HSE Officer reports to HSE Coordinator and is the person assigned to ensure that all activities at site are carried out in a safe manner and in accordance with the approved HSE procedures, plans and practices;
• Attend Toolbox Talks (TBT), Time Out For Safety (TOFS), Safety Stand Downs (SSD), etc. and advise on safety practices, safe use of equipment and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE);
• Promote HSE awareness amongst site personnel and assist with training activities, as necessary;
• Monitor the application of Safe Systems Of Work (SSOW) and of the Permit To Work (PTW) system;
• Participate in regular HSE / progress meetings at site and ensure that agreed actions are duly and timely implemented;
• Ensure that suitable and sufficient Risk Assessments have been carried out for the jobs to be performed and that the workforce is aware of the contents;
• Ensure HSE Inductions, HSE Procedures & Plans, applicable technical standards are known to site personnel and are well understood;
• Monitor Subcontractors’ HSE performance;
• Inform HSE Coordinator of needs for improvements in procedures, training, instruction, information materials and/or equipment, etc.;
• Fill in logbooks, as per HSE procedures (e.g. PTW logbook, Energy Isolation logbook, Safety Harness logbook, Ladders logbook, etc.);
• Participate in audits as required, including behavioural-based safety audits (e.g. SOC process);
• Carry out regular (e.g. daily / weekly / monthly / etc.) inspections (SOs, GIRs), alone or in conjunction with site management representatives, in order to measure the degree of compliance with legislation, regulations, procedures and instructions;
• Ensuring site HSE equipment (fire extinguishers, first aid kits, safety harnesses, fall arrestors, confined space rescue equipment, gas testers, loudhailers, spill response kits, ladders, etc.) is available, duly certified, operational, properly stored and regularly checked (all checks should be correctly documented);
• Ensure Site Security arrangements are in place (including proper control of personnel at site), correctly applied by Security Agents and adhered to by all site personnel;
• Assist in getting outstanding actions with personnel at site to be completed, including Health, Medical, Environmental, Waste and Security issues;
• Liaise with HSE Coordinator with regard to Health, Safety, Environmental & Security issues;
• Participate in the application of Emergency and Contingency Plans, including drills and exercises, if required;
• Liaising with Site Doctor / Project Medical Coordinator, whenever necessary (as part of his Roles & Responsibilities during a Med Evac situation);
• Fully adhere, at all times and irrespective of the work place, to Company Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures and requirements;
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Project HSE Manager.

Requirements:

• Education: Higher
• Work Experience: Must have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role on a construction vessel operating in oil & gas industry 
• Capability to document HSE activities through regular reports and to update the department database with the relevant information;
• Stress resistant;
• Able to interact and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization;
• Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner;
• Good planning and organizational skills;
• Flexible to work odd hours and overtime if required.
• Languages: Azerbaijani (fluent), English (fluent), Russian is an advantage

Возможно я вас не правильно поняла :) Бывают такие вакансии, но если быть честной, довольно редко :(

Чтобы у вас было полное представление о нашей работе, хочу описать процесс. 

 

К нам обращаются клиенты с различными запросами. Мы начинаем поиск кандидатов, в первую очередь обращаемся к своей базе резюме. Если в базе нет подходящих кандидатов (либо паралельно поиску в базе) мы начинаем искать кандидатов из внешних источников. В процессе поиска мы получаем резюме, которые начинаем фильтровать. Фильтр происходит относительно конкретной вакансии.

 

После отбора подходящих кандидатов, мы связываемся с ними сначала посредством телефона, затем приглашаем на собеседование.

 

Высылать резюме несколько раз стоит в том случае, если вы обновили в нем данные: опыт работы, тренинги или сертификацию и т. д. Все ваши данные заносятся в нашу систему. 

 

Если мы с вами не связались, возможно нет подходящего запроса, но наличие вашего обновленного резюме позволит обратится в первую очередь к нему в случае подходящей должности. 

 

Как и было сказано мной выше, мы не берем деньги за трудоустройство с кандидатов.
