Security Manager

The position is responsible for the largest span of control for the Group’s critical assets and personnel. The Security Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and managing a security program aimed at mitigating physical risk and safeguarding people, property and assets of the Group. The Director has responsibility for the effective management of all aspects of physical security of the premises occupied by the Group enterprise-wide, to include diverse businesses in food and fashion retail.

This position will also be responsible for the creation and implementation of physical security programs that minimize the vulnerability of the Company’s employees and assets from harm, loss, and/or compromise resulting from dishonest, criminal, and/or inappropriate acts. This position requires effective leadership, organizational and communication skills and will collaborate with and execute all other tasks assigned by the General Manager.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Devise policies and procedures regarding areas such as business continuity planning, loss prevention and fraud prevention, and privacy.
• Oversee and coordinate security efforts across the company, including information technology, human resources, communications, legal, facilities management and other groups.
• Identify security initiatives and standards.
• Manage the development and implementation of security policy, standards, guidelines and procedures across the Group.
• Develop risk management assessments.
• Develop procedures to ensure physical safety of employees and visitors.
• Create workplace violence awareness and prevention programs.
• Develop emergency procedures and incident responses.

Team development

• Manage security staff, which includes making employment (hire/termination/salary adjustments) decisions, reviewing employee performance, coaching and mentoring, encouraging career development, addressing escalated issues, generating assignments, and setting priorities.
• Develop relevant induction courses for new employees, as well as periodical trainings on security issues for current employees.
• Develop good relationships with local police forces and other security agencies to ensure appropriate police response/support and adherence to industry best practices

I will switch to English so everyone understands. It's an Oil and Gas Job Board where applications go directly to the company having posted the Job. Unlike a Recruitment firm, a Job Board don't filter Job applications. So all applications are made online.

The General Business Sales Executive is responsible for focusing on complex sales engagements which are mainly partner-driven in the GB-segment. Solution/ Industry specialized Business Development

  • Aligns with PBMs on Partner Business Planning for the territory covered; helps to identify opportunities for further growth in the territory and becomes active, in collaboration with other GPO sales areas (PBMs, Inside Sales, etc.)
  • Supports the creation, monitoring and review of Business Development activities around his/her solution- or industry- specialization area. Defines innovative approaches to generate business and executes either directly or via the team together with manager/expert. Supports implementation of core strategies and actions to ensure KPI achievement
  • Assists in coaching partner sales reps to interact with prospects in large or complex SW deals in his area of solution / industry expertise in order to position the value of the respective SW or industry solution as supported by ROI, business case development, references, and supporting analyst data. Helps to ensure a high conversion rate from pipeline to deal closure, Shortening of the sales process and improvement of win rate in order to achieve real volume business. Be familiar with the competition with their assigned industry and/or geography. Understand competitive threats (e.g., how to beat the competition).
  • Supports the enablement of the partner to independently drive business with the following resources:
  • Partner demand generation plan to build a business pipeline
  • partner competency plan to ensure partner resources are trained on the latest solution and sales content,
  • partner resource utilization plan so partners have full access to and are utilizing SAP tools and methodologies
  • presales coaching plan for existing and new partners

Make available all work related records such as attendance and efficiency score to management for the purpose of payment and other rewards.

Give crew detailed feedback on their level of performance most especially when they are not performing up to company expectations, in order to improve warehouse operations.

Make a draft of shifts for crew and ensure that they follow it diligently to avoid commotion and agitations between crew over non compliance by some members.

Constantly inspect all MHE to identify shortages and damages, and address findings to management for quick resolution to enable smooth flow of operations.

Place order for new MHE as directed by management, and inspect them upon delivery to ensure that they are in good quality condition and in the right quantity.

Step in to resolve conflicts that may arise between crew on site, and exhibit good sense of judgment to ensure that parties involved are treated fairly.

Keep accurate records of crew performance and ensure that all payments are fully made as at when due without shortage.

Work as the middleman between Warehouse Manager and crew to facilitate good communication and airing of complaints from both parties, and make sure that all issues are sorted out.

Check all outgoing stocks to ensure that they are in good condition and make sure that all documents are accurately checked / signed for proper documentation.

Ensure that stock inventory is carried out in a timely manner and that it is in line with the stock balance.

Make sure that all necessary procedures and document flow in place for proper track records with WMS / ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Duties often include:

      Как сообщает Xezerxeber.az, водители утверждают, что фиксируется уменьшение количества автомобилей, так как машины производства 1999 и 2000 годов сняты с эксплуатации. Это, в свою очередь, также влияет на цены.
      Между тем эксперт по транспорту Ясин Мустафаев отметил, что наряду с ценой важно повышать и качество предоставляемых услуг. 
      По данному вопросу редакция также обратились в AYNA.
      Там отметили, что, согласно новым правилам, юридические лица и частные предприниматели, желающие осуществлять перевозку пассажиров на такси, должны действовать на основании соответствующих разрешений. Прежде всего им необходимо получить пропускное удостоверение и пропускную карту.
      По поводу повышения цен в компаниях по предоставлению услуг такси привели разные доводы.
      Так, в Bolt отметили, что заказы в системе формируются на основе спроса и предложения. «Просим водителей привести свою деятельность в соответствие с требованиями законодательства. В противном случае заказ со стороны Bolt не будет отправлен владельцам этих автомобилей», - отметили в компании.
      В свою очередь в Uber заявили, что окончательная цена поездки зависит от многих факторов, таких как соотношение свободных автомобилей в конкретной локации и желающих заказать такси, расстояние и продолжительность поездки, заторы. Чем меньше свободных водителей, тем выше может быть цена поездки.

      У дочери день варенье в понедельник, меня поставщики подвели, заказала костюм  Чуи(на вайлдберис) вобщем отказали ...
      А она у меня ужасная анимешница, вобщем решила сама смастерить ей костюм , благо не очень тяжёлый ...
      У меня есть пальтишко, портниха онун астарыны дейишечек, шляпку куплю , брюки черные и сарочка есть, остаётся только два элемента, серая жилетка и короткий пиджачок, серая жилетка может у кого то от костюма остался, могу купить, или за шоколадку взять, а что делать с пиджаком? Моя портиниха отказалась((( говорит переделать нет проблем , а новый сшить нет ...
      Очень мало времени ....помогите, можно и советом...
